Two years at the leadership of Regulatory Affairs Area. She is a Civil Electrical Engineer by profession, with 16 years of work experience in the public and private sectors of the Chilean energy market.
She joined the company in 2020 in the position of Transformational Solutions and Innovation Officer for South America. An Industrial Civil Engineer, she previous was the head of Commercial, Marketing and Innovation area at Coca-Cola Company. She has taken on the challenge of accelerating the development of products and solutions that provide positive experiences for our customers.
She has been working in the Chilean electricity market for almost seven years and interacting with multiple mining and industrial customers. She joined AES Chile last year, as commercial manager. In this position she has been in charge of energy sales to industrial customers, negotiations with mining customers and trading agreements between generating companies.
Francisco Javier Jáuregui Alonso
He has been working in international electricity markets for 16 years and since 2017 he has been based in Chile, developing various renewable projects.
In 2022, he joined AES Chile to lead the development team, with the challenge of accelerating the execution of a renewable transition, mainly through hybrid, wind, solar, and storage projects.
Electric Engineer from Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela, he has experience of over 34 years in energy sector. He currently holds the position of Operations Officer and is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of a total of 3.6 GW installed throughout the country.
A Civil Electrician Engineer from Universidad de Chile, with 25 years of work with AES, he has led several operational, commercial and business development initiatives that have contributed to the company's sustained growth.
HR Business Partner at AES Chile's North Complex, with a staff of 317 employees.
In 2020, she accepted the challenge of implementing and certifying Chilean Standard 262 on Gender Equality and Reconciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life for all its operations.
John Wills is responsible for the interactions with the financial community for AES' businesses in Argentina, Chile and Colombia in his role as Investor Relations Manager.
